Art Competition 2009
We started out our journey in business in May 1994. With our 15 year anniversary fast approaching we thought we would like to commemorate this in some way. We have decided to host an art competition which we hope will become an annual event. The competition is open to all but with a special classification for our clients. There is an overall cash prize and campaigns to promote winner's work. More will be announced in the forthcoming weeks. Date for the diary, closing date for entries is 20th May 2009. Joy of Keeping Chickens - Cover to Cover Books
Jennifer Megyesi brought chickens from her farm to our book signing at Cover to Cover Books on March 14 — they were a huge hit! Henry the Barred Rock rooster strutted around the store, greeting visitors. And a bantam hen was permissive in letting people pet her chicks. The bookstore says The Joy of Keeping Chickens has been very popular with their customers!

The Secret Of Kells Light Walker
The Secret Of Kells is a unique animated movie from Irish company Cartoon Saloon. Set in 9th century Ireland this beautifully made animation details the origins of The Book Of Kells from the perspective of an adventurous 12-year old named Brendan.
To celebrate the launch, our Light Walkers projected a 60 second trailer from the film around Dublin.

4fm Lightwalker Projections
A new multi-city radio station, 4fm, launched on 27th February. 4fm will be broadcasting to counties Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Clare.Music will feature as 75% of total content playing different genres of music from classic and mainstream songs to a specialist portfolio including jazz, soul, rock ‘n’ roll, music from the movies and musicals, as well as motown and soft ballads.
To promote their launch 4fm booked our Lightwalkers to project around Dublin starting at Croke Park on the 28th February.

Light Walkers and Screens
Last weekend was a big weekend for Rugby. Guinness used our Light Walkers and Screens around the event at Croke Park and around town after the game.
There were two other launches at the weekend, U2 launched their new album and 4FM also let the City know they are open for business using Light Walker Projections.

What grief counselors tell you:
"It's okay to cry."... I knew that.
"No one can take my grief away."... I knew that.
"Everyone grieves in their own way."... I knew that.
"There are stages of grief."... okay, if you say so.
It all feels the same to me.
It feels heavy. It feels as though I have been set adrift.
I'm not drowning, just drifting further away from what I knew as safe and comfortable.
The dance that was my life has stopped. The days and nights pass... and the calendar pages turn, but I do not own this new life.
What has the cardinal to do with all of this? I am not a bird expert, but I have observed that the male cardinal is never far away from his mate. He watches as she feeds, usually going in to the feeder in advance... making sure all is safe before he calls to her.
