There's a biscuit that can make a person beautiful? Satsuki meets the beautiful Shimokitazawa Seika, who flogs just such an item and is a walking, fast-talking ad for her product. Satsuki is lured into parting with her money after Misako refuses to concoct an acne medication for her.
At first, the pricey biscuit lives up to its outlandish claim and Satsuki's pimples clear up. But as more time passes, Satsuki ends up in debt and friends start giving her a wide berth.
