Summary
Kakinouchi Takuma and Taneda Mayu have known each other since they were eight years old. They even vow to get married when they grow up. Later, Takuma is going to regret his promise to Mayu, because a congenital heart disease sez he won't live to see his 20th year. Takuma then decides to leave Mayu's side, hoping that she will be happy with another person. He even enters a boarding school to separate himself from Mayu.
