Stand Up!!!! 2 of 2, Pet Wiz 2, Pure Love Login by Watanabe Shiho ~ 3L shoujo manga out naaw

16 September 2011 street date, according to Angelzon.

Pet Wiz © Morita Nana/Ichijinsha [Serialized in Manga Palette Lite]
Stand UP!!!! © Kumagai Kyoko/Shogakukan [First serialized in Sho-Comi]
Published in Indonesia by Tiga Lancar Comic/3L

OK, so the student council helps its constituents with their problems, and the student council is made up of Makoto, Yuki, Yoshimara and Hinako, yada yada yada, but the most important thing about Stand UP!!!! 2 of 2 is that Hinako confesses her love and Makoto counters with: I don't see you as a girlfriend.

Whadaheck does he mean? And will Hinako give up on Makoto naaw? You know what to do if you want answers. (Hunt down Stand UP!!!!'s finale.)

Meanwhile, the seinen Pet Wiz 4-koma manga by Morita Nana is not yet ending, I don't think, so I preview that volume Below the Cut.

Debuts! Let's assume that Watanabe Shiho's Pure Love Login is rated for a [Dewasa] or Mature audience, just to be safe.

Hosts of Akihabara's most popular host club hold scintillating convos with their clientele through the internets, and the most in demand Cyber Host is ‘Prince.’ He's so popular that customers fight over his email address. Akari also adores Prince, but as she's tech-challenged, she has to have Akiba otaku, Toma, teach her how to use a 'pooter. Predictably, she ends up falling for Toma, so, what about ‘Prince’? [Additions from Chibi Manga's Junai Login description, excerpted by Baka-Updates Manga]

Aside from Pure Love Login, this 2007-vintage Flower Comics anthology also compiles one-shots Rahasia di Love Hotel,Darling Kenapa Kau Sangat Membenciku? and Dorongan Perasaan.

3L's most recent Watanabe Shiho shoujo compile before Pure Love Login was I Can't Stop Loving You (Gomen, Soredemo Kimi ga Suki), released last month.

In Japan, volumes 5 and 6 of Watanabe Shiho's Hana no Hime (ex-Cheese! Zoukan) street on 26 October, and the Weddings! Cinderella-ryū - 16 Virgin Road - omnibus is skedded for a 2011.09.26 release.

Private High School for Beautiful Girls 3 of 3 and Stand UP!!!! 1 by Kumagai Kyoko ~ 3L shoujo manga out naaaw

Street date: 28 July 2011, according to Angelzon.

Far as I can see, 3L credits Stand Up!!!! to Komagai Kyoko but we already know the manga-ka as Kumagai Kyoko (Sky Blue Ageha), so using the latter spelling. The original Japanese tankou also romanizes her name with a "u." And of course, this isn't Elex's shounen Stand Up! (one exclamation mark), which ended last July.

As Private High School For Beautiful Girls wraps —

Expelled from her old school, Nonomiya En transfers to Bijinzaka Girls' High School, which requires students to behave like princesses. The verdict is still out on whether her peers see Nonomiya as their deliverer or their enemy.

And when the love chips are down, whom will Nonomiya choose? Her old buddy Youhei or her new boyfriend Chihiro?

Now would be a good time to ask 3L about Yokoyama Mayumi's next up Bijinzaka Girls' High School Returns! Private High School For Beautiful Girls is (still) rated for   [DEWASA] or Mature audiences only.

☆ I preview the Teen-rated Stand Up!!!! after the release list.

I Love You, Suzuki kun!! 8 and Sky Blue Ageha 2 of 2 (3L shoujo manga out naaw~)

I haven't seen these 3L shoujo manga in the wild, but Angelzon sez they shipped last Wednesday.

Suki desu, Suzuki-kun!! © Ikeyamada Go/Shogakukan [Sho-Comi]
Sorairo Ageha © Kumagai Kyoko/Shogakukan [Sho-Comi]
Published in Indonesia as I Love You, Suzuki kun!! and Sky Blue Ageha by Tiga Lancar Comic/3L

May contain   [SPOILAGE!]

Fated reunions and isshokenmei tennis struggles on deck as 3L releases Ikeyamada Go's I Love You, Suzuki kun!! 8 and Kumagai Kyoko's Sky Blue Ageha 2 of 2. First up, the series Wiki highlights as one of the top 10 most heart♥-wrenching, as ranked by readers of Junon magazine:

Hikaru goes through days oblivious since his parting with Sayaka. But he sparks to life when he sees Sayaka, the artist. He meets Sayaka, but all he gets for saying how much he misses her is a beating. Is 'Naruse Sayaka' really Hikaru's Sayaka? How come she can't remember anything about their common past?

For once, I won't have to ask my usual Shinobu × Chihiro wa? because the other romance set also reunites.

☆ I preview Sky Blue Ageha Behind The Cut, but noting up here that these two titles are rated for Dewasa or Mature audiences.

3L shoujo manga (2011.04.13)

1. I Love You, Suzuki kun!! (Suki desu Suzuki-kun!!) 8 of 11+ by Ikeyamada Go

Adaptations
The first anime OAD was bundled with Sho-Comi's first 2010 issue (released 2009.12; chapter 1 reenactment), the second with the Suzuki-kun!! Official Fanbook (shipped 2010.07; chapters 15 and 16 re-enactment).

Two light novels written by Tokiumi Yui and illustrated by Ikeyamada Go have also been released. The first, Suki desu Suzuki-kun!! Pure White Love (2009.12.24), detailed Hikaru and Sayaka's relationship during the couple's last year of middle school. The second Suki desu Suzuki-kun!! With Precious Heart light novel (2010.07.26) is set before the high school arc/between manga volumes 7 and 8.

A Nintendo DS game—Suki desu Suzuki-kun!! ~Yo-nin no Suzuki-kun—released in 2010.07. Per the title, the game introduces two new Ikeyamada-sensei designed characters also surnamed Suzuki: Suzuki Michiru and Suzuki Hiroto. A limited edition of the Idea Factory game came with a drama CD featuring a story about the four main characters.

I Need Job 2 of 2, Hori High School 3 of 3, Galism 2, Sky Blue Ageha 1 (3L josei and shoujo manga out now)

Galism - Renai Joutou 3 Shimai © Yokoyama Mayumi/Shogakukan [Betsucomi]
Horikou Hanemono Ranger © Hazuki Kanae/Akita Shoten [Renai LOVE MAX]
Shu-katsu!! ~Kimi ni Naitei~ © Yoshino Aki/Shogakukan [Petit Comic]
Sorairo Ageha © Kumagai Kyoko/Shogakukan [Sho-Comi]
Published in Indonesia as Galism ~ 3 Sisters first-class Love ~, Hori High School Hanemono Ranger, I Need Job!! ~Unofficial Decision For You~ and Sky Blue Ageha by PT Tiga Lancar Semesta/Tiga Lancar Comic (3L)

If you're wondering where are 3L's Valentine manga, wonder no more. Angelzon sez I Need Job!! 2 of 2, Hori High School 3 of 3, Galism 2 and newbie Sky Blue Ageha 1 by Kumagai Kyoko should be on sale at your favorite news stands this week. (I heard Gramed pulled 3L releases from its shelves for the former's Mature content. More on this below.)

Do you need refreshers on the concluding josei and continuing shoujo series? If so, click this, this, and/or this. Previewing Sky Blue Ageha—Kumagai Kyoko's tennis-troped Sorairo Ageha—here:

The summer Ageha was 10, she met her destiny — tennis. That fateful summer, Ageha chanced to see a boy, Takeru-kun, playing tennis. Wowed by his awesome game, Ageha decides to take up the sport and vows to join the tennis club when she reaches high school. On her first day of school, who should Ageha run into but Takeru-kun, her tennis inspiration. But what's with his cold attitude and insistence that he hates tennis?

3L also published Kumagai Kyoko-sensei's Ichigo Jikan, Houkago Orange and Inventive Princess.

For sure Galism 2 and I Need Job!! 2 are rated for   DEWASA or Mature audiences. Hori High School 3 might also be (couldn't see it from the cover). Despite it having serialized in Sho-Comi, Sky Blue Ageha should be safe.

That 3L's manga have been predominantly rated Mature lately is supposedly the reason the Gramedia book store chain decided to no longer carry 3L titles.

Ichigo Jikan 2 of 2, I Love You Suzuki kun!! 4 (3L shoujo manga out now) [UPDATED]

Edit: Added the lone josei standalone 100 Things of Love by Mitsuhashi Azako, which seems to star a heroine whose only hobby is reading love letters? Or text messages. Whatever.

Edit 2: Also, My Secret Brother by Makita Nao, the title story of which stars a Not blood sibs pair and per usual, onii-chan's got a split personality. I recommend: GET!

Ichigo Jikan © Kumagai Kyoko/Shogakukan (Serialized in Sho-Comi)
Published in Indonesia by Tiga Lancar Comic/3L

Seems my 3L contact has gone AWOL because I haven't been tipped on 3L shoujo manga since June. So I'm left with getting the heads-up from friends, if not field-researching. (This advisory owes its existence to fellow shoujo fangirl dalina02-san.)

In the final Ichigo Jikan, Ichiko continues to suffer from major doki-doki, and not just because she has to keep her living arrangements with Ran confidential. But secrets will out, and the student council president—the rest of the student body, in fact—finds out just what “mischief” Ichiko has been up to. As Ichiko panics, Ran unexpectedly declares that she must make it into the Top 10 nationwide in the upcoming exams, or else she will be expelled! Oh, poor Ichiko! Tie that Victory hachimaki round your forehead and do your best, k? (This is the last volume anyway.)

as I Love You, Suzuki kun!!
by 3L Comics

Meanwhile, in the latest I Love You, Suzuki kun!!, Sayaka, Chihiro, Hikaru and Shinobu have reached the ripe old age of... 14. The additional years have surprisingly (or not so surprisingly) taken their toll on Sayaka and Hikaru's closeness. The distance skosh reduces, however, when Hikaru and Shinobu save Sayaka and Chihiro from persistent goons during the school trip.

Colour of Love and Love Full Chu shipped earlier, but as I haven't reported them yet, including them with this batch. In the first standalone by Yumachi Shin (Love at First Sight manga-ka), our heroine gets her wish for an exciting school life granted when she meets and falls for sorta bad boy Kanata. In the latter Tentoumushi Comics Special manga by Minana Ayu, the combi of fortune teller Mayo and genki friend Kumi solves love problems with the help of tarot cards. (There's also a tarot how-to included.)

Ichigo Jikan 1 by Kumagai Kyoko and Wolves Reward by Hanaya En (3L Comics 21 May 2010 shoujo manga)

Ichigo Jikan © Kumagai Kyoko/Shogakukan (First serialized in Sho-Comi)
Published in Indonesia by Tiga Lancar Comic/3L

These two 3L shoujo manga—Ichigo Jikan 1 by Kumagai Kyoko and Wolves Reward (Ookamitachi no Gohoubi) by Hanaya En—are on their way even as we speak and anomalies nashi, should land on display racks in or around 21 May.

Ichigo Jikan by the manga-ka of Houkago Orange and Inventive Princess (Hatsumei Princess) revolves around the It's Normal For School Kids To Cohabit Because Then Romance Happens trope. Cash-strapped Ichiko chooses to attend Kisono High for its cheap dormitory fees, only to discover on arrival that the dorm is under renovation and that she's literally roofless. Fortunately, she's allowed to bunk in at the employees' quarters — with the added bonus of even lower rent. Unfortunately, her room is already inhabited by bishie Ran. Fortunately, the cool older guy listens to Ichiko's sob story and lets her stay. Unfortunately, it's on the condition that she take over the cleaning duties. Fortunately... (you know where this is going.)

Shogakukan (Serialized in Cheese!)
Published in Indonesia by 3L

Wolves Reward

Don't be misled into thinking that Wolves Reward by Hanaya En (Dakishimete Ii desu ka, Honnou Chocolate) is a BL manga (like me and my tweet friends did, based on the bishie duo cover). It is unabashedly shoujo (smut).

Tsumugi is finally accepted into her dream school, Meisho, where scions and heiresses rub shoulders. As she steps onto the elite school's not-so hallowed ground, she stumbles on to Something She Is Not Supposed To See: two bishies quarreling between themselves like spoiled brats. As the sole witness, what's going to happen to Tsumugi and her perfect school life now?

Baka-Updates Manga has more deets on the two cover boys, cousins Ibara Chitose and Ibara Hajime, and their wolfish plans for our Red Riding Hood.

This tankou also contains the story Yoriko-san's Reward and special bonus pages.
