Before I get to the newbs, just have to mention that I'm thisclose to getting (or at least borrowing) the Confucius series by Ihara Sai & Lee Chi-ching, volume 6 of which also streets today. Why the interest in Kong Zi? Blame Sungkyunkwan Scandal, the Korean period drama about Confucian scholars in 18th century Joseon (Korea), that I absolutely, gave it a 9 out of 10 stars, wubbed. I might be persuaded not to try out the Confucius manhua if I can find the Jung EunGwol novels, The Lives of Sungkyunkwan Confucian Scholars 1 & 2, upon which the drama is based.

m&c! premieres the future of CSI—CSI: Interns—with the release of the OEL manga CSI: Intern at Your Own Risk by Sekou Hamilton & Steven Cummings [cover on the left], a move that kindles hopes that the OEL GN Vampire Kisses: Blood Relatives m&c! advised last year is not too far behind.
