New postcards will be filling up our racks this weekend. Absolut Vodka are doing a City Card to promote the Absolut Fringe Festival which runs from 5th-20th September.Offset also have a City Card campaign to promote Offset 2009 which is a week long creative festival culminating in a 3 day conference taking place in Dublin’s Liberty Hall Theatre from Friday 6th-Sunday 8th November.
