Read more »One morning Kyon arrives only to find that everything has changed. Haruhi and Koizumi are both missing and Ryoko has mysteriously returned. On top of this, Asahina can't seem to recognize Kyon and Nagato is just an ordinary human. For some reason, Kyon is the only one aware of the changes and no one remembers about Haruhi or the SOS Brigade.
Kyon finds a clue left by the alien version of Nagato in the form of a bookmark. She tells him that he has to gather ‘keys’ to run a program. After bringing all the necessary keys for the program built by the alien version of Nagato, Kyon is shocked to find who is behind everything.
