CMB 12, Naruto 49, Summer Storm! 4 (Elex Media 1 September 2010 manga)

And the last Kunai Legend (volume 4). But before we get to that —

Hong Kong. A man flies off a building rooftop and is found only three days later. Meanwhile, a popular actress complains of seeing ghosts. Everything traces its genesis to Jingzhe, the day when insects—and disaster-harbinger spirits—rouse from their winter slumber.

Wonder what C.M.B. rings heir/museum curator Sakaki Shinra wants for his Wunderkammer from (the blurbed) Op.31: Ghosts, the third story of C.M.B. volume 12? Toma So's cousin is definitely hauling back at least three curiosities as he's also summoned to investigate ancient Babylonian tablets gone missing from the Louvre in the preceding Op.29 Clay seal and a locked room death in Op.30 Old woman and monkey — in which the only witness is a...dog? (I crafted the other two snap summaries from the Japanese Wiki synops, so please forgive misinterps.)

As for the top DO WANT! of this 80% SBV (Shounen By Volume) Elex release —

Naruto 49 of 52+ by Kishimoto Masashi

To preempt the inevitable assault from the renegade Akatsuki, Raikage convenes the five Kage; reps from the most powerful ninja villages descend upon Tetsu country. Meanwhile, Naruto tries to negotiate with the Raikage to avert Kumogakure's termination of Sasuke.

Continuing series previews resume below the manga list.

Kunai Legend 4 of 4 by Iori Tabasa

Ultimate battle against Suzushiro! Kunai and Jako face off with Suzushiro as Izuna learns that Kunai is actually a vampire. Will Izuna, Vampire Hunter, choose to hunt down Kunai? Or will she pay her grandfather's warnings no heed and side with Kunai in his fight against Suzushiro? Her decision determines whether or not Suzushiro can be sealed for all eternity.

(Now I can finally start Kunai Legend. Been holding up the read for until the series wrapped.)

Another clash approaches climax in Shonen Magz 76/2010. The latest Sanzoku Ou: King of Bandits sees Nagato falling for Takatoki's ruse, thus allowing his opponent to hack-n-slash at Nagato with his sword. Drenched in blood, can the seemingly gravely-wounded Nagato still prevail?

(Volume 3 of Sawada Hirofumi's samurai action drama about the feudal order-destroying fugitive Nagato streets the same day as the series' newest ShoMagz chapter, but that synopsis comes later.)

Sanzoku Ou's other kewl shounen (and seinen) companions: BECK by Harold Sakuishi, Code:Breaker by Kamijyo Akimine, Fairy Tail by Mashima Hiro (Natsu's anime premieres this 30 September on Animax), Ghost Doctor by Sato Yuki, Kindaichi Case Files by Amagi Seimaru & Sato Fumiya (voodoo murders this episode), Kung Fu Boy Legends by Maekawa Takeshi, School Rumble by Kobayashi Jin, Tokkyu! by Komori Yoichi & Kubo Mitsuro (volume 13 ships concurrently), Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE by CLAMP and Vinland Saga by Yukimura Makoto.

Volume previews continued...

Animal Doctor 2 of 12 by Sasaki Noriko

So's he can take care of his “unusual” pet himself, Masaki pursues further studies in veterinary medicine. Along with his best bud Nikaido and eccentric senpai Hishinuma, Masaki spends days at University H prepping reports on various animal life.

Just what exactly do they observe? Or more to the point, what are their “lab subjects” thinking??

Otoboke Section Chief 6 of 22+ by Ueda Masashi

Regardless that he has next to no parental dignity to speak of, and a yama-san of salaryman responsibilities to get through as a section chief, Otoboke manages to muddle through days, bringing grins to people's faces.

So is it time to nominate Otoboke Kachou for Father of the Year??

Sanzoku Ou: King of Bandits 3 of 13 by Sawada Hirofumi

Now grown-up, Nagato is appointed Masashige's right-hand man. His first mission: Go to Harima with friend Koyasha to facilitate some transaction.

What the emissary pair doesn't know is that Akuto from Harima, Enshin Akamatsu, is hunting them down.

That congenital star-shaped stigma on Nagato's chest, singling him out as one prophesied to overthrow imperial authority, marks Nagato as The Target as blatantly as D.Gray-man Allen's exorcist coat, doesn't it?

Summer Storm! 4 of 8 by Kobayashi Jin

We're at the halfway mark of the summer tempest. (Kobayashi Jin's time-skipping romance comedy ends at volume 8.)

Kanako and Yayoi likewise end up working in Hakobune, crowding up Yasaka's summer. Yayoi also searches for a partner to connect with her so that she, too, can leap through time.

Tokkyu! 13 of 20 by Kubo Mitsuro & Komori Yoichi

Kanbayashi covertly tries out the new equipment that caused Meguru's accident and sent his unconscious colleague to the hospital. But no matter how many times he puts the thing to test, it looks perfectly fine.

Yappari. Hyogo x Meguru da.

BTW, Sanada visits “dangerously beautiful” travel-advisoried Indonesia in the next tankou.
