Bleach 38, Meet the Banchou 4, Goal Den Age 3 of 3 (m&c! 23 March 2011 manga)

Thankfully, Kubo Tite-sensei is still tweeting, but please continue to pray for Japan and/or help Japan.

Bleach 38 (m&c!)

Bleach © Kubo Tite/Shueisha [Serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump]
Published in Indonesia by PT Gramedia/m&c!

Baraggan Luisenbarn's Fracciones attack the four pillars protecting Karakura Town; Soul Reapers Hisagi—Bleach 38's cover boy—Yumichika and Kira manage to defend their pillars, but Ikkaku's crumbles, after the 11th Division 3rd Seat refuses to reveal his bankai in combat.

What will happen to Ichigo's beloved town now?

You follow the anime? Then you have an idea of what happens, or doesn't happen to Karakura-chou.

Meet the Banchou 4 of 12 by Suzuki Nakaba

Friends lend Kongou Banchou their strength to take on the Five Dark Vows, but will it be enough? Survival is at stake in an eerie cave located deep within Mt. Fuji in Meet the Banchou 4.

(Blizzard Axel 10, the other Suzuki Nakaba shounen manga (but with toned-down testosterone), also streets this Wednesday, but blurbed way below.)

Goal Den Age 3 of 3 by Takaoka Eisei & Tsunamoto Masaya

The third DO WANT! m&c! manga is the final Goal Den Age, which not only ups its SRP by over 20% to IDR 20,000/volume, but also sees Kazu picked by the national soccer team, leaving his friends behind. But no need for tears; they all promise to reunite when Japan competes on the world stage. In the meantime, Kazu will have to make good on his promise to bring honor to the Land of the Rising Sun via the football pitch.

Previewing the other finale Go! Hiromi Go! (volume 8), the debuting School Crisis! by Igarashi Kaoru and other continuing series Below The Cut.

Reissues [RE-STO]

Ten shoujo manga—among them, Miyawaki Yukino series (My Fragile Love, NG Boy x Paradise) and an Aoki Kotomi (OMG!) anthology—up for grabs, in case you missed their premieres.

Nube 28, My cheerful Boyfriend by Satori Tae, Ijime: Escape From Hell on Earth (m&c! 18 November 2010 manga)

My cheerful Boyfriend (m&c!)

Seito Kaichou no Kareshi © Satori Tae/Shogakukan
Published in Indonesia as My cheerful Boyfriend by Gramedia/m&c!

I would've led with Jigoku Sensei Nube, or Guru Ahli Roh Nube—seeing as the Hell Teacher last jumped into action in August 2009—but the cover proved too eye-popping for my G-rated/SFW blog. And since m&c!'s blurb only lists (partially?) the Volume 28: Shinigami chapter titles, it's not too egregious to deprive it of front page pix honor.

In any case, My cheerful Boyfriend IS the First Runner-up this release. Although I would've preferred m&c! to retitle the shoujo standalone The Student Council President's Boyfriend, that's neither here nor there. Satori Tae's Seito Kaichou no Kareshi omnibus compiles four shorts: My cheerful Boyfriend, A Wish before farewell, At Home X Love and Clumsy Love Letter. The Opposites Attract title story is blurbed below:

In this corner, we have Michiru: smart, reliable and her school's student council president. In the opposite corner lurks Michiru's Blithe Spirit childhood friend Rin. For reasons she has yet to comprehend, Michiru okays Rin's rabu proposal.

Can Carefree × Serious transcend their differences to reach Happy Even After?

m&c! previously published Satori Tae-sensei's Anger, Laugh, and Love and A Gift for You.

m&c! also releases a third Ijime manga, Ijime: Escape from Hell on Earth, actually the second in Igarashi Kaoru's This could happen to you bullying series. The next Tyrants and Victims amortization (after the first Ijime: The Lonely War and third Ijime: The Invisible Malice) comprises four stories: Dikhianati Sepulang Sekolah (Betrayed after school), Jalan Yang Salah (The Wrong Road), Bekas Luka Yang Tak Bisa Hilang (An Indelible Scar) and Suara Kegelapan (The Voice of Darkness).

With the release of Ijime: Escape from Hell, only one more volume, Ijime: Courage, remains.

[Reissues] 2 × two-volume shoujo manga ex-July 2009: Majiko!'s Dynamic Duet and Tsuda Masami's Eensy Weensy Monster for those who didn't get them the first time around.
