Now turned into a berserker hollow, Ichigo attacks Ulquiorra until he is stopped by Uryū just before delivering the final blow, relates Wiki in its Bleach, Vol. 41 summary. After some You can't be a Hollow! and You're alive?! protestations from Ulquiorra-sama and Ishida-kun, Hollow Ichigo suddenly appears behind Ulquiorra, grabbing one of his arms and ripping it off. (That last quote comes from Bleach Wiki's The Lust 4 synop.)

Bleach 41: Heart—which has Espada Yammy Llargo as the cover boy (>.<)—compiles chapters 350 through 358: The Lust 4, The Lust 5, The Lust 6, The Ash, Heart, Azul-Blood Splash, Tyrant of Skulls, The Colossus of Fear and King of the Clouds.

Omnibus closer Baby, Let's Dance features a Yakuza's daughter instead of son — Ai who dreams of a prince but lands...Sousuke who is, to put it mildly, a little out there. Other Shiiba Nana manga published by m&c!: Kiss Me After School!, Gorgeous Twins, Prince Romantica and The Underground Kids. Latest is My Egoist Teacher ♥, originally Sensei wa Egotist. If/when m&c! licenses Nana-chan's Sensei wa Sadistic (first published in Japan 2010.08), I wonder what m&c! will title it?

Imma also wait for the Bishies galore! Ookamitachi no Shiikuho (JP release: 2011.02); the Boarding House, Childhood Friends Love Share (2010.05); and Bishounen Moraimashita, starring a bishounen butler (2008.06).

BTW, can anyone confirm whether m&c! has already published Animal Jungle (2007.11 vintage)? I can't find it in m&c!'s site (which sports a yummy new look ^^.) And since I've turned this sub-section into Shiiba Nana-sensei's backlist list, might as well mention Akuma na Kare to Ikenie Tenshi that, based on its original 2005.08 street date, is prolly Sensei's debut tank.

Adaptations
Studio Pierrot's anime adaptation first broadcast in October 2004 and continues to this day. Season 15: Gotei 13 Invading Army opened with episode 317 in April 2011; latest episode 326 aired 2011.06.14). Seiyuu Morita Masakazu and Orikasa Fumiko star as Kurosaki Ichigo and Kuchiki Rukia, with Park Romi playing 10th Division captain Hitsugaya Toshiro. Two OAVs and four theatrical movies—Memories of Nobody, The DiamondDust Rebellion, Another Hyōrinmaru, Fade to Black, I Call Your Name and Bleach: The Hell Verse—have been released. Meanwhile, in the last Pure Love Kamikaze Captain, Matsuru, not wanting to lose Chiemi's friendship, tries to bury his feelings where Chiemi can't see them. Hirata, however, realizes Matsuru's yearnings and dares Matsuru to compete with him for the love of Chiemi.

So now that Pure Love Kamikaze Captain is finished, does it mean we can soon look forward to the sequel Junai Tokkou Taichou! Honki?

New m&c! titles

Tony Wong's Long Hu Men/Oriental Heroes manhua hurtles to the next stage of martial arts action with Long Hu Men - Next Level, but doesn't ditch the bombastic subtitling (the first in the series is subtitled Tewasnya Dewa Iblis Awan Api!/The Death of the Fire Cloud Demon God) nor the artwork I wouldn't be caught carrying. (No offense meant to LHM fans.)

An email virus sent from “DAISY” spreads throughout the school, prompting Kurosaki to try to smoke out the fake hacker. Before Kurosaki can uncover the pretender's identity, he is knocked out when he saves Teru from a shadowy threat too close to lethal for comfort.

The investigation stalled and Kurosaki injured, Teru keeps vigil at the hospital where he is admitted. Realizing just how much Kurosaki means to her, especially now that he has sacrificed himself ... yada yada yada.

The important thing in volume 5 of Motomi Kyousuke's Electric Daisy is: while they are alone in his hospital room, They. Kiss!

Rasetsu's Flower 6 of 8+ by Shiomi Chika

Meanwhile, I do hope there's no such kiss (again) between Hyuga Rasetsu and Iwatsuki Kuryuu, the kotodama-tsukai in Shiomi Chika's Rasetsu's Flower (Rasetsu no Hana). Volume 6 supposedly delves into Kuryuu's past and I could care less. I ship YakouRasetsu all the way, baybeh! (Hoshino Yakou is the water exorcist ex-the prequel Yurara's Moon.)

Dawn Aria 3 of 9+ by Akaishi Michiyo

In m&c!'s latest tankou of Dawn Aria (Akaishi Michiyo's Cherry-serialized josei title), Aria conceals her worries about her left hand from Natsuo and Shirayuki-sensei, but Natsuo matches Aria's secretiveness and eavesdrops on her piano playing. Shirayuki-sensei later uncovers what Aria is hiding and marches her off to a doctor. While there, Sensei receives news of his wife's death.

m&c! released an Akaishi Michiyo-sensei omnibus, The Best Selection of Akaishi Michiyo, last 2 June.

NEW M&C! TITLES: Confirmation as promised

Yes, Shiiba Nana's Gorgeous Twins is Gokujou Twins, the title alluding to the dupe pair who caused Sara's trauma and who have now returned, more gor-jus! than ever, to make her life even more miserable (or so she thinks). Shiiba Nana's other m&c!-released shoujo manga standalones include Prince Romantica and The Underground Kids.

Chiba Kozue's Love Letter is Hidarite no Love Letter, in which Nishino and Minami Taiga exchange left hand romantic scribbles, the “love letters” of the title. Chiba Kozue is the manga-ka of 24 Colors or 24 Colors - Hatsukoi no Palette and Let's Meet at School Tonight (Yoru no Gakkou e Oide Yo!).

It turns out Wao Akira's Sayaka's Special Attack, Big Victory! is Tokkou Sayaka Bucchigiri, which finds Sayaka on a fund-raising drive to prevent her school from closing, meeting a singer slash savior who offers to help her raise money if she becomes his girlfriend. (Even though Sayaka already has Aoi.)

Other Sayaka... titles include prequels Yankee Girl (Tokkou Sayaka Yoroshiku) and Sayaka, I Love You! (Tokkou Sayaka ☆ I Love You) that relate the progress of Sayaka and Aoi's romance.

(I don't think that there was any doubt Welcome to Lovers Café Marina by Kitamura Yuuka could have been anything other than Lovers Café Marina ni Youkoso, set in a café that holds all sorts events for couples.)

Finally, there are the first two volumes of Foot 2 Rue: Street Soccer bande dessinée/BDs (Franco-Belgian comics that m&c! calls AMERO comics and Level Comics, ROMICs), which intensify the current soccer mania.
